Think of your office like the clothes you would wear to an interview. You got to look your best. 

Here are 5 tips for a great first and lasting impression:

• Keep it Clean.  A tidy office is essential. We even use a robot vacuum to keep our floors clean without all the hassle!

• Highlight Your Brand.  Feature your logo and company colors everywhere. Show your clients that you are proud of your business and that they should be proud to work with you.

• Show them how you are special.  Let people know why you’re different from your competition. For example, at every desk in our office, there is a sign that reads: "SMILE, WE DON'T CHARGE BROKER FEES." 

• The best decor is a friendly face. Ensure every visitor is acknowledged with a warm welcome the moment they walk in.

• Add Some Greenery: Plants make an office feel comfortable and vibrant. Even a few small potted plants can change the entire mood of a room.
