Recently we were able to help a new janitorial business purchase a general liability insurance policy. One of the highlights of this for me was getting to know the owner. I could really relate to her hopes and even concerns. Along the way, we talked about the next steps in her business and I shared a 15 minute video (LINK) that I created on how to do a simple yet powerful business plan. This is a way for her to differentiate her business from others and grow by taking advantage of market opportunities. She loved the idea and said that she would watch it with her husband. I was glad to hear this because I put a lot of effort into this video and because she was willing to continue to evolve her business towards success. I do one every year to help me continue to grow.
