The Arredondo’s are SoCal people. Well, I personally have not always lived here (born in Yucatan, Mexico & grew up in Seattle) but I have been here since 1998 and love it. Love the diversity of cultures, weather (Seattle is too cloudy for me) and pace of life. Also, I love all the local places you can visit. Here are a couple of side trips that my family likes to go on: (underlined words are a link for more information)
Wine Country in Temecula - This is a hidden gem near Los Angeles. It’s a beautiful place with lots of scenic wineries. On weekends, a lot of wineries have live music that you can listen to while having a good glass of wine. We usually go to the winery Danza del Sol.
Lake Arrowhead Village - Need to get away from all the concrete in L.A., then come here. This little shopping area is located next to Lake Arrowhead and surrounded by a forest. You can walk around, have a bite to eat and enjoy the scenery.
Downtown Claremont - This is a fun place to visit with the family and really close to LA. It has a fun college town feel with lots of unique shops and places to eat. It’s a place that you can just walk around.
