🚀 NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS... RAFA STYLE

I genuinely look forward to the New Year as a chance to improve. After more than 20 years, I've developed a simple system that has proven to be effective:


✅ My 4-Step Resolution System

  1. Three Is the Number: Focus on only three of your most important resolutions, covering different topics.

    • Example: One for Health, one for Relationships (you can even have your spouse suggest this one), and a Free one (e.g., related to a child or hobby).

  2. Put Up a Sign: Ensure you are constantly reminded. Put a note on your desk, or make it your phone's screen background.

  3. It’s Okay to Mess Up: You will miss a day or a week—it’s inevitable. The rule is simple: Just start over. Don't dwell on the past; you can restart ANYTIME.  The goal is progress.

  4. Make It Interesting: My wife and I create a resolution for each other and make a friendly bet. The first one to break their resolution has to do something special for the other person, like making a nice dinner or doing a household chore.
