Summer is here, bringing sunshine and endless fun! If you're near Bell Gardens, plenty of free events await.

Kick off the season at Uptown Whittier Night Market’s Mariachi Festival on May 7th, featuring live performances, food vendors, and a pet-friendly atmosphere.

On May 10th at 11 AM, JCPenney at Stonewood Mall (and other locations) hosts May Kids Zone, where children can craft butterfly bracelets and cards while collecting pins for their special lanyards.

Plaza Mexico offers exciting monthly events, including Father’s Day celebrations on June 15th and Summer Dance Nights on June 6th, 20th, and July 11th. Finally on July 26th brings Los Moles de Frida, a festival honoring Mexican cuisine.

Celebrate the first day of summer at Venice Summer Fest on June 21st from 12PM to 8PM—a lively, all-ages community event showcasing Westside music.

Finally, don’t miss Bell Gardens’ Skate Jam on May 15th, a chill evening of skating, music, and good vibes from 6 PM to 9 PM.
